Captain Hoers is an artist from Ireland, who works in a variety of creative arts, including (but not limited to) comics, animation and writing. He is probably best known for his awesome animations such as “Spitfire’s Day Off” or his work on “BUCK: When Can We See You Again?”. This year he was also responsible for GalaCon’s Startnext Promo Video and wasn’t that amazing!? After that you surely have to attend his Animation Panel at GalaCon 2019.
